Send the property basics, contact routing, and approved assets. We’ll turn it into a private preview for approval before anything public goes live.

Property basics

Start with the address and the facts buyers expect. Anything auto-filled later should remain editable before launch.

Planned next: pull public/listing data from the address, then let you correct beds, baths, square feet, lot, and year built.

Seller / agent / brokerage

Pocket Showing can support agent-led listings and for-sale-by-owner pages. Brokerage fields are optional unless they apply.

Lead routing

Keep this simple: where should buyer inquiries go, and what should be visible on the site?

Photos and assets

A shared folder link works if permissions are open enough for us to download the approved images.

Google Drive is fine if link sharing is set to “Anyone with the link can view.” If direct uploads are needed, we should add storage-backed upload next so large photo sets are not lost.

Direct upload from phone/computer is the right next feature, but it needs a real storage backend. Folder link stays the safest MVP path until that is connected.

Approval checklist

I have rights/permission to use the provided photos and listing copy publicly.
The listing facts and required disclosures are accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I understand the preview will be private first and nothing should be published publicly until final approval.

After submission, the next message should be a private preview link for review. Typical target: within 24 hours after usable photos and facts are received.
