Who owns and approves the photos?

You or your brokerage must have the right to use the listing photos and copy. Public sites only launch with agent-approved assets, facts, brokerage language, attribution, and required disclosures.

Can I edit the rooms and photo order?

Yes. During activation, you can upload photos by room, rename room sections, reorder slides, revise captions, and customize the opening message buyers see first.

Where do buyer inquiries go?

The lead form routes to the listing agent or team email you approve. We can also include phone, CRM, or follow-up instructions when you provide the correct destination.

Can I use a custom domain?

Yes, when needed. Most listings can use a clean Pocket Showing link, but custom domains such as an address-based URL can be handled as a concierge add-on.

What happens when the property is pending or sold?

You can request a status change at any time. The site can show a pending or sold message for seller proof, or be hidden if you no longer want the public page available.

Do private previews appear on Google?

No. Private concept previews are kept noindexed and are not advertised. A public listing site is only launched after you approve the assets, facts, and lead-routing details.

How does the referral program work?
